Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Life jackets and safety gear are provided as required.

Kings Fishermen Outreach Foundation Inc, its volunteers, captains, and board members are not liable for injuries, accidents, or property loss during trips.

Participants may be required to sign a participation waiver prior to boarding.

Photo & Media Release
We may take photos or videos during trips to promote the mission of our nonprofit.

Photos of minors will only be used with parent/guardian consent.

Permission will be requested from veterans or adult participants before posting.
Photos may appear on our website, social media, or fundraising materials.
